Microquest has the new April 1, 2010 price list available to all Healthquest customers. Please contact Microquest technical support at 1-866-438-3762 if you have any questions about updating your price list.

Easter Holiday Hours
Microquest will be closed Good Friday, April 2, 2010. Technical Support will be available Easter Monday, April 5, 2010, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MDT. Normal hours will resume Tuesday April 6, 2010.

Healthquest 3.2.32
Microquest has released Healthquest version 3.2.32 with support for the Alberta Health Price List. With this version, the new "CMGP" modifier for GPs is calculated and applied correctly. Holiday Hours
Microquest's holiday hours are as follows:
- December 24 - 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- December 25-26 - Closed
- December 29-30 - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- December 31 - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- January 1 - Closed
- January 2 - Normal hours resume (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

Alberta Health Holiday Payment Schedule
Alberta Health and Wellness has published their holiday claim payment schedule. You can read
a copy of the bulletin.
Please note that claims assessed between December 5-11, 2008 will be paid as usual on December 19, 2008.
Any claims assessed between December 12-23, 2008 will be paid on January 2, 2009.
You will still be able to submit claims to Microquest as usual during this time period.

GST Reduction to 5%
Effective January 1, 2008, Canada’s GST rate will be reduced to 5%. Healthquest version 3.2.19 is fully compatible with this rate change. To ensure that your Healthquest software is up to date, simply click on the Help menu and select Update Healthquest, or call technical support at (780) 438-3762 or (403) 444-0266.

Healthquest VCUR Acceptance
Microquest is proud to announce that our Healthquest software has conformed to the requirements set out in the POSP VCUR standard and is listed on the October 25, 2007 VCUR Product List.
As always, Microquest is dedicated to providing outstanding service and support to all of our clients. Our acceptance to the VCUR Product List will ensure that all of our POSP-funded physicians will continue to receive their funding uninterrupted.
Healthquest version 3.2 is now fully compliant with the Pharmaceutical Information Network (PIN) and Alberta Netcare Portal 2006.
